Cultural Leadership Fellowship Stories

Mexico 2024

The Cultural Leadership Fellowship kicked off our Winter cohorts in Mexico City! Joining us were 19 DACA recipients on an adventure of a lifetime.

We explored beautiful locations like the Frida Kahlo Museum, Xochimilco, La Basilica de Guadalupe, and Teotihuacan, a vast archaeological complex northeast of Mexico City, Running down the middle of the site is the Avenue of the Dead, linking the Temple of Quetzalcoatl, the Pyramid of the Moon, and the Pyramid of the Sun.

Our next adventure took us to Guadalajara, where we did a tequila tour to learn about the rich history and craft behind this iconic Mexican spirit.

The Cultural Leadership Fellowship takes Europe. The fellows pictured in front of the Arc de Triomph. Along with a photo of the Eiffel tower and a group photo on the far left.
